Programmes Offered
The institute offers professional Undergraduate and Postgraduate Design programmes leading to B.Design and M.A. in Design degrees of Apeejay Stya University (UGC Recognised), in accordance with UGC’s Choice Based Credit System.
Graduate Design Programme (UG)
Duration: 4 Years [2-Years at AID, 2-Years at ASU]
Specialisations: Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Animation & Multimedia, Interior Design.
Eligibility : 10+2 Pass from Recognised Edu Board, with 45% Marks in any stream.
Post Graduate Design Programme (PG)
Duration: 2 Years [1 Year at AID, 1 Year at ASU]
Specialisations: Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design.
PDD – Professional Diploma in Design
Duration: 1 Year or 2 Years at Apeejay Institute of Design, certified courses
Specialisations: Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design.
Eligibility: A Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3) with 45% Marks in any stream from any Recognized University.
EDD – Executive Diploma in Design
Duration: 3 Years at Apeejay Institute of Design, certified courses
Specialisations: Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design.
Eligibility: 10+2 Pass from a recognized Edu Board, with 45% Marks in any stream.

All students of the Degree Programme would have to complete the Latter Half of the Course at the University as per UGC Norms

- Candidates must refer to the official admission notification available on the AID website.
- Applicants are required to submit a duly filled application form within the stipulated deadline.
- Admission is based on evaluation through online aptitude test followed by interview and previous academic records.
- Preference is given to candidates demonstrating aptitude and interest in the chosen design discipline.
- Interview schedule and details are communicated separately.

After a thorough evaluation of the candidates through Aptitude Test Followed by interviews and previous academic records, the Admission panel prepares the final list of selected candidates Preference is given to applicants who demonstrate a strong aptitude for the subjects related to the chosen course.
