| Principal’s Message |
| Dear Visitor, Welcome to our website. With a glorious history of 30 years behind us, Apeejay School, Sheikh Sarai has firmly established itself as a premier institution of learning providing quality education. We make education a TOTAL & JOYOUS experience, where students slog for their ‘A’s at academics, participate in co-curricular programme of the school with enthusiasm and yet actively involve themselves with community service projects. We practise a holistic approach to education with emphasis on building a TQP – a TOTAL QUALITY PERSON - a person with integrity, good values, positive attitude and strength of character. A person with a fierce determination to succeed using fair means and make his personal significant contribution towards positive growth of community, society and the nation. Every child is unique and has something special in him/her. It is our business to help the child discover those special hidden qualities and nurture them. Our Motto “Soaring high is my nature” constantly reminds us to ‘better’ our ‘best’ of today. We know we have to work hard, but persistence is the key word. In the words of former U.S. president Calvin Coolidge, “Nothing in the world will take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education alone will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistenceand determination alone are omnipotent”. I am very fond of an anecdote attributed to Swami Vivekanand. Once, while discussing the problems of youth, a few people in the group remarked that “SwamiJi, Today’s youth is useless”. SwamiJi just smiled and added ‘d’ in the word useless and read it “ used less”. Yes, the perception is so different – Not useless but used less. When we start giving the right direction to the youth and start ‘using’ their positive energy in a channelised way, the youth becomes the fountain head of creativity. That is the Apeejay way. Thanks.
