Curriculum

Pre-Primary

1. The Pre-Primary wing of Apeejay School, Noida has Nursery and Kindergarten classes.

2. Objectives of Education that we follow are :
  • Education should encourage and foster the quest for the knowledge of man in the universe.
  • Education should aim at building new bridges between the past and the future.
  • Education should endeavour to discover and apply increasingly efficient means of the right rhythms of acceleration of human progress.

3. The challenges before us can be summed up under three categories:
  • Firstly, set examples of excellence in regard to objectives and performance.
  • Secondly, we undertake a programme of innovations which imply constant adoption of better methodologies, better equipment and better environment.
  • Thirdly, we design education for character development and for enhancing values of Indian Culture.
4. “The innovative curriculum for the Pre-Primary” published by CEPS is in use with the objective of reinforcing concepts, ideas, skills and activities not only from the teachers point of view but is also meant for the parents to comprehend what is being done in the classroom.

5 . Creativity and innovation go hand in hand, and an innovative mind is a creative mind. We create an atmosphere for an innovative mind. As we like to be ‘NEW’, we want to have the ‘NEW’ to come out of us.

6. We follow the schedule and programmes with a fair amount of flexibility. Changes are made from time to time as demanded by the environment and the emerging situations in the classroom.

7. A day wise planner for every month is sent on the first day of the month for the parents’ convenience.
