ADMISSION TO NURSERY
Advertisement for the enrolment for Orientation Programme for the session 2009-2010 for the class Nursery is published in the newspaper ‘Hindustan Times Noida Live and Times of India Noida Plus’ on Friday, September 5 2008.
- The form can be procured from school office on dates specified in the Advertisement and submitted within stipulated time frame; complete in all respects with the necessary documents duly attested by a Gazetted officer
- Age between Three years and Four years as on 31-03-2009.
- Forms must be accompanied by
- Attested photocopy of Birth-Certificate issued by Municipality/ Panchayat or Passport issued by Govt. of India only.
- Attested photocopy of Ration Card or Election Commission Identity Card of the Father/ Mother or any other proof of residence.
- Photocopies of Parents Educational Qualification.
- Forms complete in all respects will be accepted up to Tuesday, September 16, 2008 between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon on all working days and must be accompanied by necessary enclosures. Incomplete Application Forms shall not be processed.
- Registration number, Date, Time and Venue will be allotted at the time of submission of the form. Please make note of your Registration Number for all future enquiries.
- Admissions Committee would interact with the parents along with the child on the date and time, which would be specified at the time of registration/ submission of the form. Parents are expected to adhere to the timings.

ADMISSION TO CLASSES KG to IX
1) Admission is subject to the availability of vacancy in the class in which admission is being sought.
2) The process for Admission to these classes for session 2009-2010 will start in the 3rd week of February 2009.
3) An admission test/ interaction will be administered based on the content/ syllabi of the class in which the applicant is studying at the time of enquiry i.e. in the class previous to the one in which admission is being sought.

- For classes KG and I, there will be an interaction between selection committee and parents along with the child.
- For classes II to V, Admission test will comprise a test of English and Mathematics of one hour duration each.
- For classes VI to IX, Admission test will comprise a test of English, Mathematics and Science of one hour duration each.
5) Those who clear the test will be called for an interaction with the Principal subsequently. The applicant must be accompanied by both parents.
6) Admission will be granted strictly on merit basis.
ADMISSION TO CLASSES XI
1) Admission to Class XI will be finalized only after the declaration of the Board examination results of class X., CBSE (which is usually in the last week of MAY).
HOSTEL FACILITY
1) Hostel facility is available for boys and girls of class V onwards.
2) Prospectus & forms are available at school office.
3) Admission is through written test and interaction based on the syllabus of previous class.
