Students of Apeejay School, Noida Excel
- Students of Apeejay school, Noida won the over all trophy in ‘Chunauti -2005’ hosted by Apeejay School, Saket, winning a host of prizes in the different events they participated in.
- Students of Apeejay school, Noida also won the over all trophy in ‘Cohesion–2005’ hosted by Apeejay School, Sheikh Sarai, winning prizes in almost all categories.
- Ajaypat Jain, Priyanka Pande, Abhishek Gupta and Ashish Kaushik of Class IX secured the first prize in a quiz held by Doordarshan titled ‘Khel Khel Mein Badlo Duniya’The programme will be telecast shortly by the Doordarshan.
- Deepti Bharadwaj & Shasank Gupta of Class IX won the first prize in problemsolving skills in a Mathematics Competition held at Blue Bells International School, Delhi.
- At the Inter school competitions hosted by National Science Centre, Apoorva Ajmani of class XI secured the First Prize in the English Elocution for seniors. Besides this, our students secured the fourth place in the drama category.
- At the Primary level, Inter School basketball matches hosted by Apeejay School, NOIDA, our primary basketball teams (Classes III to V),performed exceptionally well, winning against Cambridge School, NOIDA and Apeejay School, Faridabad and were declared the Over All Winners.
CODE 2004- A Computer Symposium:
December 20th & 21st, 2004
The Code Club and Computer Department of the school organized their third computer
symposium on 20th & 21st of December, 2004, about 13 prestigious schools of Delhi, and Noida& NCR participated. The school team was the non-competitive team. In his presentation the code club President Karan Sikka, shared code club’s achievements at Interschool, National and International level. The symposium had in all 10 different computer events like quiz, programming, software display, crossword, gaming and new events like code quest, AI WAPS and a surprise event based on Networking knowledge. The two day event ended on 21st December ,2004 with D.P.S. R.K. Puram emerging an overall winner and Mother’s International School, as 1st Runner up. The prize winners apart from trophies and certificates, won many gifts, sponsored by L.G. Electronics.
4th National Cyber Olympiad
National cyber Olympiad is one of the Olympiad conducted by National Science foundation. This test consists of questions based on Mental ability, Analytical and logical reasoning and computer knowledge. The students of our school have been participating in this Olympiad for the past 4years. Like every year, this year also our students were awarded the cash prizes along with the Gold Certificates.

TEACHER EMPOWERMENT
A number of workshops and in-service training programmes were attended by the members of the staff as well as Principal and Vice-principal during the year. These programmes not only help to enhance awareness but also ensure that the staff keeps pace with the changing trends.
CODE – COMPUTER CLUB
CODE is the computer society formed five years back by the students of APEEJAY SCHOOL NOIDA. The main aim of this society is to make the students of the school forge ahead in the field of computing.
There are around 30 members of classes (IX – XII) and around 20 Members of Classes VI and VII. The students are selected through a merit test, which is included by the CODE once in three months .
Objectives of CODE :
Increasing the knowledge of students in the field of information and technology by holding regular seminars, workshops.
- Distributing newsletters to keep the students aware of the latest events and affairs.
- Creating and administering school website.
- Creating functional and useful software for school to help to automate its daily tasks.
- To organize various symposiums & Inter Apeejay Computer Meets.

USAGE OF JIL SOFTWARE
The JIL software has been enthusiastically used during the session by S.St., Science and Maths teachers of classes V to IX.
For setting & implementation, it required proper co-ordination between JIL team and teaching staff of Apeejay School, NOIDA.
