Apeejay School, Nerul, Navi Mumbai was promoted under the aegis of Apeejay Education Society in the year 1986. The school's Executive Committee was nominated on 16th June 1986. Dr Stya Paul was designated as the Chairman, while Smt Sushma Berlia was designated as the Vice Chairman. Smt. Berlia is also the Chairperson, Managing Committee, Apeejay School Nerul.

Shri C.Jayson was the principal of the school from 1987 to April 1999. After that consequently Shri N.N. Nayyar took over in May 1999.

The School caters to the requirements of Navi Mumbai - the city of 21st century, with classes from Nursery to XII and has come a long way, having provided an ideal platform for the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional growth of children. The Institution's belief, " learning is a holistic process and is all - pervasive".

In the pursuit of excellence in education, the school has come a long way and has the ranking of one of the best not only in Navi Mumbai but entire Mumbai and the surrounding area.

Objective

Location
The school building was acquired from CIDCO in Sector-15, Nerul, Navi Mumbai amidst serene and peaceful surroundings. The building was carefully selected on an elevated flat terrain (keeping in mind the long monsoons in Mumbai) in close proximity to the local Railway Station.
