Introduction
Apeejay Institute of Technology, School of Architecture & Planning is committed to imparting comprehensive knowledge and training to prepare professional Architects to meet the challenges of buildings and demands of the new millennium. The school building is housed in the scenic campus located in the Institutional Area of Greater NOIDA. In addition to the School of Architecture, School of Management & Computer Sciences and Apeejay International School are located in the campus.
The school was formerly inaugurated in October 1999 to coincide with initiation of classes for B.Arch 1st year 1st semester under the aegis of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra. Starting with session 2000-2001, the B.Arch. Course has been affiliated to the U.P. Technical University, Lucknow. All the new courses are therefore to be automatically affiliated to this University. The school has been meeting all norms and standards of education stipulated by AICTE/COA and has been granted regular extension to conduct B.Arch. Course as a result of successful compliance of the norms. Inspection teams of AICTE, University and the State Government have granted regular approvals for continuation/extension of Architecture program at Apeejay Institute of technology, Greater NOIDA. Encouraged by its good performance, the school has entered into an expansion program by way of incorporating two new courses at B. Arch. Levels i.e. (i) Interior Design and (ii) Building Engineering & Construction Management with effect from the Academic Session 2002-2003. Vision & Mission Promote a systematic academic development and emphasis on "Qualitative and Quantitative" Aspects in the "Profession " of Architecture. An Architecture to fulfill human aspirations diversification of discipline in Architecture to create Apeejay Architects with a sense of totality reality on ground.
