  1. Faculty Development Programme


  2. With a view to provide best possible knowledge available in the academic circle, the following eminent academicians were called at AIT campus to share their expertise with the faculty members.

    • Prof. Muneesh Kumar, Head of Department of Financial Studies, University of Delhi delivered a talk on “E-marketing”

    • Prof. Vijay Kaul, HOD, Business Economics, University of Delhi delivered a talk on “Strategic Management”

    • Prof. P.V. Varshney, former dean and HOD, Business Economics, University of Delhi delivered a lecture on “Working of Financial Institution and Commercial Banks”

    • Dr. Vijay Chopra, Management Consultant delivered a lecture on “Success that succeed”

    • Mr. B. Raj Bhandari renowned authority of WTO delivered a talk on “ Challenges in International Market”.

  3. Extension And Guest Lecturers


  4. Following eminent speakers from the industry were recently invited to deliver specialize lectures for the benefit of students and the faculty.

    • Mr. ABL Srivastava, GM, Finance, Rural Electrification Corporation delivered a talk on “Role of Rural Electrification Corporation in meeting the Power Need of the Rural Areas".

    • Mr. Gursharan Singh, MD, Raunaq Automotive Components Ltd, presented a “Case Study on Turn around Management”.

    • Ms. Shaleen Raizada, MD, Sanshadow Consultants (P) Ltd delivered a talk on “Intellectual Property Rights”.

    • Mr. Varun Bajpai, MD, Corporate Finance, Macquaie India delivered a lecture on “Investment Banking”

    • Mr. Alok Agarwal, ED, Polar Industries Ltd delivered a talk on industrial requirement of MBA students.

  5. Personality Development Programme For Students


    • A two hour PDP session is being regularly organized on every Friday wherein students make presentations on different industrial sector such as Service, Retail, FMCG, Banking, Insurance etc. etc.

    • Open house discussion sessions with the faculty members are organized for the holistic benefit of students.

    • Inter house quizzes, debate, management games, extempore deliberations are also organized under the guidance of faculty members on a regular basis.

  6. Counseling System


    • In order to assist the students in their personal problems as well as academic choices regular counseling is provided to them thought a Students Welfare Committee comprising of faculty members and students.

    • As an extension of this activity a talk on “Understanding and coping with stress” was organized at AIT campus on 20th November, 2006. The lecture was delivered by noted psychologist and professional counselor Dr. (Mrs.) Vasantha R Patri.

  7. Industrial Visit


    • An Industrial visit of MBA students to Raunaq Automotive Components Ltd, Gajraula was organized by the T & P Cell of the School. Faculty members alongwith the students took a keen interest in the visit and interacted with the management of the company on various managerial issues during the visit.
